Program description

The LongRun Vehicle SMS Program is a high-mileage vehicle care messaging program. Subscribers receive optional high-mileage vehicle care tips, inspection reminders, ownership updates, and occasional promotional messages from LongRun Vehicle. The program is limited to the following purpose: Send maintenance reminders, high-mileage vehicle care tips, inspection tips, new content updates, and occasional first-party promotional messages. Topics include fluid checks, belts, hoses, suspension, seals, maintenance records, oil consumption, cooling systems, and mileage milestones. LongRun Vehicle is not an insurance company or agent.

Message categories

• Account Notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or more unchecked SMS boxes and submitting the form at https://longrunvehicle.com/subscribe or https://longrunvehicle.com/reminders. Entering a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use.

First message example: "LongRun Vehicle: You're subscribed to the message types you selected (account notifications and/or marketing). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. We are not an insurance company or agent."

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to opt out. You will receive one confirmation: "LongRun Vehicle: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number.
