Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit: your name, email address, and, if you select an SMS category, your mobile phone number and the categories you select. When you submit the opt-in form we record the consent timestamp, source page, disclosure version, browser user agent, and IP address where available. The maintenance log tool stores entries only in your own browser and we do not receive them.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries and to deliver the messages you requested. LongRun Vehicle does not collect information for insurance quotes, applications, policy placement, carrier matching, or agent follow-up.

SMS communications

If you opt in, we use your number only to send maintenance reminders, high-mileage vehicle care tips, inspection tips, new content updates, and occasional first-party promotional messages. You receive only the categories you selected. See our SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer for marketing or lead generation.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may use essential cookies and standard hosting logs to operate. Your browser stores maintenance log entries locally if you use that tool.

Data retention

We keep consent records for as long as needed to honor your preferences and document consent, and inquiries for as long as needed to respond.

Your opt-out rights

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text to stop SMS. Email support@longrunvehicle.com to request access to or deletion of your information.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
